Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Within 3 days since date of order to you can return/replace the package by sending me an email at  [email protected]

Please mention the following details in the email: order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return/exchange, attach receipt or proof of purchase.. Also mention the product you would like to be replaced in case of exchange.

T&C*: Returns/ Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
3. Products was / were missing
4. Wrong item was sent by the Seller

If your return/ exchange is approved then we will send you a confirmation email, post which you can return the product in its original package couriered.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Gift cards are exempt from
being returned.
• All returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging intact.
• The product amount will be credited back to your account once we have received the products and quality check is done.
• Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

I will not be responsible for damage of goods during transit when the customer ships it back themselves.

Returns of product damaged during transit:

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit then returns and replacements are accepted only if the request is raised to the email contact @ [email protected] within 1 day or 24 hrs from the time of shipment delivery. 

Please mail the picture of the product to [email protected].
You will need to ship the damaged product back to us.

Upon receiving the product, there will be a review and the replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item.

Shipping :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as most our products range over 800 Rs. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
